Don’t forget to drink plenty of water!

Water is an essential component of a healthy diet because it helps you stay full, gives you energy, cleanses you internally, and keeps all of the systems and organs functioning properly in your body.

Water is a chief component in the human body. In fact, our bodies are 60% water!

Water facts:
– The average adult female living in a temperate climate needs 2.2 liters (9 cups) of water
– The average male living in a temperate climate needs 3 liters (13 cups) of water.

Remember to always keep a bottle of water at your side. I buy a whole case of waters and throw them in the back seat of my car. That way, I can just grab one whenever I need it. If you don’t live in a state where a lot of driving is involved, keep a water bottle with you that you can refill at a local water fountain or nearby restaurant.
